Refund & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We’ve taken a lot of time and care in creating our premium products. We are proud of the quality of them and hope you ❤️ them too. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite to plan. Any unopened product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us and return items in their unopened packaging, along with the required info as stated in the ‘Need Help’ section of this page.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days of receipt of your confirmation email. Please note, bank charges and fees can not be refunded.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you need to mail your product to the address provided to you from our friendly staff.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense and are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
